1. Nature of Digital Products

Arkanet OÜ develops and distributes proprietary digital products, including ebooks, digital guides, templates, and educational materials.

All products are delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.


2. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through authorized third-party platforms immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring access to their selected platform account.


3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used; and
  • No substantial portion of the digital content has been consumed.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered without technical error, the right to refund may be waived in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.


4. Technical Issues

If a customer experiences a verified technical issue preventing access to the purchased product, Arkanet OÜ will:

  • Provide technical assistance; or
  • Re-deliver the product; or
  • Issue a refund where access cannot reasonably be restored.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Access logs (where applicable)
  • Transaction confirmation records

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after accessing the product
  • Failure to read product description prior to purchase
  • Incompatibility with third-party software not specified in product requirements
  • Refusal to accept platform delivery

7. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests should include:

  • Full name
  • Order reference number
  • Description of the issue

Refund decisions are typically issued within 7 business days.


8. Compliance

This policy is applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection and digital content regulations within the European Union.
